We are looking for mentors!
If interested, please be sure to check the appropriate box on the conference registration form.
A mentor’s overall role is to connect with one or more of the 3Ts student participants, helping to promote their growth and development. Mentors are encouraged to meet up with their assigned mentee(s) for initial introductions either during the opening conference event (registration and breakfast) or at lunch time, and attend at least one mutually chosen workshop session together (3Ts planning members will pair similar interests in workshops chosen by mentor/mentee). Where appropriate, mentors will offer their experience and discuss the importance of remaining aware of continuous technological and pedagogical changes. Post-conference, mentors can choose to continue their contact with a mentee, serving as a guide that assists in students’ planning, instruction, and content knowledge.
